| The management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual or group whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies. | |
| No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted within the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the event without refund. | |
| The conference hall is a strictly non-smoking facility, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. | |
| Decorations, signage, and any form of temporary installations must be approved in advance and should not cause damage to the property. | |
| The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked time. Additional charges will apply for any time spent beyond the agreed booking duration. | |
| The management reserves the right to inspect all belongings brought into the premises for security purposes. |
| No booking is confirmed until 100% payment is received for the confirmed booking. | |

| No requests for partial or full refunds will be entertained for any reason whatsoever. | |
| In case of force majeure, the conference hall shall not be liable for any compensation or rescheduling. | |
| The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the event and will be billed accordingly. | |
| Booking dates and times are strictly adhered to, and any extension may incur additional charges. | |
| No extension of booking time shall be permitted in cases where overlapping bookings exist. | |
| The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee not adhering to the policies and guidelines. |
