Trust Conference Hall - General Terms & Conditions :

Trust Conference Hall reserves the right to reject any booking, even if the hall is available, and generally does not permit political gatherings, religious events, or interviews involving monetary collection from prospective candidates.
No monetary transactions are allowed inside the premises, and any collection of funds in any form is considered unlawful. Any such activity will be reported to law enforcement for necessary action.
The management reserves the right to deny entry to any individual or group whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies.
No alcohol or illegal substances are permitted within the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
The conference hall is a strictly non-smoking facility, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Decorations, signage, and any form of temporary installations must be approved in advance and should not cause damage to the property.
The venue must be vacated promptly at the end of the booked time. Additional charges will apply for any time spent beyond the agreed booking duration.
The management reserves the right to inspect all belongings brought into the premises for security purposes.

Trust Conference Hall - Commercial Terms & Conditions :

No booking is confirmed until 100% payment is received for the confirmed booking.
Trust Conference Hall reserves the right to reallocate the booking to another party if full payment is not received by the specified deadline.
Once confirmed, no booking can be canceled under any circumstances.
No requests for partial or full refunds will be entertained for any reason whatsoever.
In case of force majeure, the conference hall shall not be liable for any compensation or rescheduling.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the property during the event and will be billed accordingly.
Booking dates and times are strictly adhered to, and any extension may incur additional charges.
No extension of booking time shall be permitted in cases where overlapping bookings exist.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee not adhering to the policies and guidelines.
